Investigating - We're currently experiencing problems with the Netregistry Name Servers ns1.netregistry.com & ns2.netregistry.com. Customers using these name servers are experiencing DNS propagation issues (i.e. A, MX, CNAME, etc. records not loading).

Scheduled - Our technical service team would like to advise customers of maintenance to our Managed Exchange service. This maintenance is being performed in an effort to update the Managed Exchange servers.

Service Impact:
Users on affected servers will experience approximately a 1-2 minute outage during the scheduled maintenance.

During this time users will be unable to access their mailboxes or receive mail. Mail received during this time will begin to appear once the maintenance has been completed.

Monitoring - Access to the M365 Email Portal through the Console has been restored.
