As a temporary solution for customers that are using an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail) can update their outgoing mail servers to their internet service provider's (ISP), to allow for emails to be sent out successfully.

Investigating - We are currently aware of cPanel email issues our customers are facing due to server black listing. Customers hosted on our cPanel platform are currently experiencing issues with sending out mail.

Resolved - We would like to advise customers that we experienced issues with our customer facing console. Customers experienced slow responsiveness from their console or the inability to log in from 11:15am. We have investigated and resolved this as a priority at 2:00pm.
