As part of an essential update we would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance to the PoP email hosting service.
When? The maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday 29 July 2020, 8pm - 11pm (AEST).
What's happening? Our technicians will be installing new server hardware to increase the reliability and performance of your email services.
So, what does that mean for you? PoP email hosting services may experience temporary disruptions to emails over this period and you may be unable to send or receive emails. Don't worry, you won't miss any important messages. Anything received during this period will appear in your inbox when maintenance has finished.

Maintenance is scheduled for tonight, Wednesday the 29 July 2020, from 8pm to 11pm. Our technicians will be installing new server hardware to increase the safety and performance of your email services.
POP customers hosted on our BNE and Cloud Email Services may experience disruptions to their email service over this period. Affected customers may temporarily be unable to send or receive emails.
