Update - Our system admins have advised that we managed to remove the blockade on the storage and are working towards restoring services.

Nearly all services should be restored and coming back online.

Once this issue has been completely resolved, another update will be provided.

Investigating - We would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing some issues with our servers. This outage is partially impacting Cloud Servers and cPanel Servers.

cPanel customers may not be able to access their website, or experience slower than normal loading times. Affected Cloud Customers will experience "Error establishing a database connection" appear on their web page..

Our System Admins are currently working on this issue with the highest priority.

We will provide updates as they become available.

Update - Customers are reporting difficulty accessing the Netregistry website, console and their own websites from non-mobile connections within Australia. International and mobile access appears unaffected.

We are investigating the issue as a priority with other ISPs to determine the source of the issue.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing some Cloud Mail Interface issues. Users are currently not able to create new mailboxes or manage their current spam filter settings. The spam filter itself is functional.

Our server administrators are examining the issue, and we will provide more updates as soon as we have them.

Scheduled - As part of our commitment to continually improve our systems and services, we will be performing an upgrade to some of our network infrastructure on Monday, 28th of August.

Scheduled - Customers are advised that we will be performing maintenance on our Console database. During the maintenance window, customers can expect a 30 minute period in which The Console will be inaccessible.

All Domain management and account functions performed through the console may be unavailable during this short impact window.

We are performing this change in order to increase redundancy to critical internal platforms.
