Update - The high load and stability has now returned back to normal on our cPanel infrastructure, however there is one cPanel server (cp94.ezyreg.com) that is still experiencing issues. Our technicians are working on restoring this cPanel server back to full functionality. Further updates will be posted once they are available.

Identified - Customers are advised that we are experiencing issues with the Console Management interface, we believe this is being caused by an issue with the underlying Database. This will affect the ability to Order, Upgrade, Manage and login to services managed by the Console.

Customers are advised we will be performing back end system migrations. This work is being performed in order to improve our domain name management and registration platform performance while adding increased scalability for future growth.

During the maintenance period customers will be unable to register, renew and manage some domain name extensions.

Our administrators will be on standby to ensure that any unforeseen complications are dealt with promptly within the maintenance window.
